Gastón F. Correa (Guayaquil)
Attorney at law, has a vast
experience in litigation representation, civil law, corporate
law and ecclesiastic law, among other specializations. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in Social and Political Sciences of
the Catholic University of Guayaquil and he is a certified
international instructor of the Junior Chamber International
(JCI) University. He has completed studies at the fourth level
for Prevention and Control of Corruption, in the University of
Specialties Espiritu Santo UEES and he is currently working on
his doctoral thesis on themes of Canonical Law.
Alex A. Palacios (Guayaquil)
Economist, graduated from the
School of Economy of the University of Guayaquil. He is in
charge of the tax and legal department of our associated
“Consultores Tax & Legal Ltd.” Mr. Palacios has a background
of ample experience in tax consulting and has performed as
Tax Manager for Romero & Asociados Ernst & Young Ecuador. He
has provided services to oil & gas companies and to commercial,
services, agricultural, industrial companies and foundations,
as well. He has completed additional courses of English
language, programs in Windows and tax update.
Marcos A. Maridueña (Guayaquil)
Outsourcing manager. He
performed his college studies in the School of Administration
and School of Public Accountancy of the University of
Guayaquil. He has concluded his studies to become a Certified
Public Accountant. He currently holds the position of Tax and
Legal Manager for clients. Has broad experience in providing
tax advice and worked for the Ecuador firm of Ernst & Young
International as Tax Senior. He has provided services to oil &
gas companies and to commercial, services, agricultural,
industrial companies and foundations, as well. He has

Danny F. Aguillon (Guayaquil)
Tax Compliance Manager. He
concluded his college studies in the School of Administration
of the University of Guayaquil pursuing a degree in Commercial
Engineering. He performs as Tax Compliance Manager for our
clients. Has vast experience in tax and legal advisory and has
collaborated for Ernst & Young International, Ecuador Office,
and for Hedging Services, as Tax Senior. He has provided
services to commercial, services, agricultural, industrial
companies and foundations, as well. He has completed
